Mikael Åkerfeldt
(Opeth, Katatonia, Bloodbath, Steel, Storm Corrosion)
There is a wound that's always bleeding
There is a road I'm always walking
And I know you'll never return to this place - Opeth, Hopes Leaves

You don't lose interest in or find any boring parts in their songs. Sometimes I feel like "ok, is the song still on?"
Opeth have clean vocals and light acoustics with monstrous death growls, and an overall 'doom metal' sound.
Hmmm yeah, that's my favourite Opeth's song. Wait... what? I'm talking about Mikael, not my favourite song. LOL
Here...
Lars Mikael Åkerfeldt
He is known for his progressive rock-influenced songwriting style and his frequent use of both clean and growled vocals. On stage, he is very interactive with audiences, frequently cracking jokes and giving humorous anecdotes between songs.
Åkerfeldt earned 9th place in the book The 100 Greatest Metal Guitarists and, along with Peter Lindgren was ranked #42 out of 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists of all time by Guitar World.
Storm Corrosion
Despite their reputations as frontmen in the heavy metal and progressive
rock genres, Mikael Åkerfeldt and Steven Wilson did not want Storm
Corrosion to be a progressive metal supergroup.
Storm Corrosion's sound can best be described as ambient, epic, enchanting, and orchestral.
"mellow, strange, and disturbing"
